Creative Thinks Media was an idea that came into our minds while we were sitting in our comfort zones. Like many new business ventures this also did not have money or a big brand or a corporate house to back it up. It will sound clichéd but, we only had our self-belief, hard work and a very strong zeal to change the game of advertising in the Delhi/ NCR market.
We chose the most difficult so called "Retail Categories", which have been traditionally looked down upon by big established advertising firms or top B school pass outs, English speaking heads and the team below them as well, for whom working on a big international or national FMCG brands or Automobile brands gives them an ego boost in comparison to a local jeweller or a real estate developer or a readymade garment showroom.
The question we asked ourselves was, are the local businesses not worthy of getting top notch services or they do not understand branding?
Creative Thinks Media came into being on 16th august 2008, with the sole purpose of bridging the gap between high end service commitments, advertising based on data analytics and provision of world class creative ideas at no exorbitant costs. A purpose so strong that made sure new mediums like FM Radio get there worthy share in between the traditionally strong mediums of Television and Newspaper.
Such a high impact was created by CTM, through its innovative approach to Radio advertising that now CTM has emerged as the top operating advertising agency in this part of the world, with more than 85 Percent of the market share in all Retail Categories (Real estate, Education, Shops, Showrooms and SME) with a turnover of 400 million rupees for the financial year 2011 -2012-2013.
Along the way we faltered, we failed, we succeeded and we grew into other mediums as well. Now we provide services of Media buying, Planning and Creative solutions to more than 150 clients and have expanded into other media vehicles such as Print, Television, Online, Film Production, Audio Production, Printing and Data Analytic Services, all this in a span of 4 years.
We take pride in the above facts, since we started with zero investments and now we have our own state of the art office premises where we carry our work from.
We have expanded into the markets of Lucknow and Mumbai as well. Also in the future we wish to take our philosophy of branding and advertising to Bangalore in the south and lot of TIER 2 and 3 cities like, Patna, Agra, Kanpur, Dehradun, Varanasi, Raipur, Bhubaneswar too.
This is the target we have set for ourselves where we would like our retail clients to experience world class services without any strings attached.
We are the only agency that does not work on any kind of 'Retainership Model' with our clients. You don't have to pay for getting world-class ideas and pitches; you only pay for what you like, absolutely without any compulsion that means we keep on working for you till you are satisfied!!

We have just turned 4 years old, and we might be a kid in the advertising world but we are saving brands from bad advertising. We also thank all our clients, associates and partners who have stood with us in this exciting journey that we have experienced till now.
